The Procurement Office of North Karelia requests you to submit an offer for the development/contracting duties of the construction contract for industrial/office premises, the supervision of construction-technical works, and the duties of the cleanliness management coordinator and moisture management coordinator, in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The offer is binding and must be prepared in the Finnish language. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.
