TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the successive supply of TEP implants for the shoulder joint for the Orthopaedic Clinic FNB, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University (1. LF UK) and IPVZ, including the related materials, and the provision of the relevant special instrumentation by means of a free loan for a period of 72 months. The deliveries will be carried out through an established consignment stock warehouse under the conditions stated in the Draft purchase contract for deliveries through a consignment stock warehouse (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft purchase contract”) and also in the contract for the lease of premises used for business activities, which will be concluded at the same time as the purchase contract.
