TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a result of the procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework contract for services with respect to the acceptance, transport and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste stored in workplaces and operating collection points arising during the activities of MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., for a period of 12 months in accordance with the technical specification, draft contract and procurement documents, or until the framework amount is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier. The successful Tenderer’s tasks, in accordance with the additional information and requirements set out in the technical specification, the draft contract and its annexes, include the following: - providing heavy goods vehicles, delivery containers and the packaging required for transporting hazardous waste in accordance with the relevant regulations, - loading and unloading onto and off the waste transport vehicle, weighing, transporting, - further handling in accordance with the requirements following receipt of the waste, - any other tasks arising in connection with waste handling.
