TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract covers the performance of construction works in two buildings of the Non-Public School Complex in Łuszczanów, consisting in: - thermal modernisation and partial reconstruction of building B1, - thermal modernisation of building B2. The Non-Public School Complex in Łuszczanów is a complex of two educational buildings, located on plot no. 665/2, in the town of Łuszczanów, ul. Długa 108, 108A and 110, gmina Jarocin, jarociński county. Due to the lack of possibility to exclude both buildings from classroom instruction at the same time, construction works must be carried out in stages. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, construction works shall be carried out in:  building B1 (building on the side of the street) - consisting in thermal modernisation and reconstruction of part of the building, which constitutes Stage I of the works*, *Within the scope of this stage, a photovoltaic installation on building B2 for the needs of building B1 must also be carried out.  building B2 - consisting in thermal modernisation of the building, which constitutes Stage II of the works.
