Thermal modernisation of buildings at Husarów Street 1 (buildings 3 and 5) in Szczecin and revitalisation of building No 5 and construction of a water and sewage network (Stage I – buildings 3 and 4/4a) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works divided into the following tasks: 1) Task 1: Thermal modernisation of buildings at Husarów Street 1 (buildings 3 and 5) in Szczecin and revitalisation of building No 5, including: ― Task 1a (Building No 3): Replacement of the roof covering together with insulation of the attic of the warehouse building No 3; ― Task 1b (Building No 5): Conversion of a production-and-warehouse building, historically used as a barn and slaughterhouse, forming part of the farmstead buildings. 2) Task 2: Modernisation of external sewer and water supply installations on plot 5/91 at Husarów Street in Szczecin and construction of new separate toilets in buildings with geodetic survey numbers s137 and s152 – Stage I – Construction of toilets in buildings Nos 3, 4 and 4a.
