Part I – Thermal modernization of the School Complex building in Trzcinica (building no. 534, located on plot no. 1791/17 in Trzcinica).The scope of the contract includes in particular: demolition works, replacement of the roof trusses together with execution of the roof covering made of standing seam sheet metal - approx. 422 m2, thermal insulation of the attic together with finishing of the roof trusses from underneath, repair of chimneys and replacement of roof drainage elements (gutters, downspouts), replacement of PVC window joinery - approx. 67 m2, thermal insulation of external walls together with execution of façade finishing - approx. 606 m2, execution of insulation of foundation walls - approx. 120 m2, execution of lightning protection installation.The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the design documentation (Appendix No 5A), in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (Appendix No 6A), and in the Contract draft (Appendix No 7A). 2.
