TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Thermal modernization of buildings of collective residential housing within the territory of the Gmina Dąbie” 1. The subject of the contract is the thermal modernization of buildings of collective residential housing within the territory of the Gmina Dąbie. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the design documentation - PFU constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides for site inspection by Contractors. 1) The cost of attending the site inspection shall be borne by the Contractors themselves. The Ordering Party shall prepare a report based on the site inspection carried out. Each of the representatives of the Contractors is obliged to sign the report. 2) The site inspection is for checking and assessing only and exclusively the actual status of the future site of the works. Asking questions regarding explanations of provisions of the procurement documents shall be carried out only and exclusively in the manner indicated in the SWZ. 3) The site inspection shall be carried out on 27.10.2026 and 03.11.2026 at 09:00.
