The subject of the contract is the “Thermal modernisation of the Biblioteka+ Centre for Culture building in Czarny Bór – Stage 2”. 2. This contract is co-financed from the funds of the Programme European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (FEDS 2021-2027), Priority: FEDS.09 European funds for the transformation of mining areas in Lower Silesia; Measure: FEDS.09.05 Environmental transformation; Type of project: FEDS.9.5 B Renovation increasing the energy efficiency of public infrastructure buildings.
