TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal modernisation of Building E of the Social Welfare Home in Pleszew 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of thermal modernisation works for Building E of the Social Welfare Home in Pleszew (63-300), at ul. Plac Wolności im. Jana Pawła II 5. 2. The scope of the works includes: 1). preparatory and dismantling works (installation of facade scaffolding, dismantling of existing window and door joinery, dismantling of external and internal window sills, chipping off loose and flaking plaster, performing a two-row one-sided pressure injection in the walls), 2). replacement of the existing window joinery—wooden—with new PVC joinery meeting the standards specified in the Technical Conditions, 3). replacement of the existing door joinery with new joinery meeting the standards specified in the Technical Conditions, 4). thermal insulation of the building façade using the light wet method—BSO. The task is co-financed from the funds of the Voivodeship Environmental Protection and Water Management Fund in Poznań under the Programme “Ecology for society”.
