TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal modernization of a residential building in the town of Nieżychowice The subject of the contract is the thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building located in the town of Nieżychowice 96, on plot no. 171/17, cadastral district of Nieżychowice, municipality of Chojnice. The scope of works includes in particular: • carrying out insulation of the external walls of the building together with preparation and repair of the existing substrate and execution of finishing layers of the façade, • carrying out works related to insulating walls within the area of the basement plinth and basements, • insulating the flat roof together with execution of a new roofing covering, • replacement of external window joinery, • replacement of external door joinery, • replacement of external and internal window sills, • replacement of sheet-metal flashings, • replacement of the lightning protection system, • repair of chimneys, • replacement of gutters and downspouts, • works related to reconstruction of a section of the wall made of glass blocks, • execution of works related to the stairs to the basement along with the handrail, • execution of demolition, preparatory,…
