Thermal modernisation of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Skoczów together with the installation of a photovoltaic system The subject of the contract is the thermal modernisation of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department in Skoczów together with the installation of a photovoltaic system in the “design and build” formula. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of technical documentation together with obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits and the performance of construction works on the basis of the prepared documentation. The scope of the planned construction works includes, among others: 1) Insulation of external partitions (external walls and ceilings over the passage/overpass); 2) Thermal modernisation of floors/ceilings between office rooms heated and an unheated attic space, thermal modernisation of floors/ceilings between social rooms heated and an unheated roof space; 3) Replacement of door, window and garage gate joinery; 4) Earthworks and construction works related to deepening the floor in the garages and making a new thermally insulated floor on the ground, making driveways to the garages with restoration of paving stones;…
