TENDER DESCRIPTION
Thermal modernization of the Community Centre building in Góra Kalwaria The subject of the contract is the thermal modernization of the Community Centre building, within the following scope: • insulating the external walls with polystyrene foam boards, • insulating the roof with stone wool boards, • replacement of window joinery (4 pcs), • modernization of the lighting system, • modernization of the ventilation system, • modernization of the heating system, • installation of RES systems (a photovoltaic installation together with an energy storage unit). The description of the subject of the contract constitutes the Functional and Utility Programme, hereinafter referred to as the “FUP” — Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, and the Energy Audit — Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
