TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal modernisation of the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 in Pabianice 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction and installation works related to the thermal modernisation of the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 in Pabianice, located in Pabianice at Śniadeckiego 6A Street. 2. The scope of works includes: a) insulation of external walls, b) insulation of foundation walls, c) insulation of the flat roof (stropodach), d) insulation of the floor on the ground and the embedded floor, e) replacement of external joinery (window and door), f) replacement of the central heating installation along with the construction of a BMS system, g) replacement of the domestic hot water installation including the supply and installation of a heat pump, h) replacement of the electrical installation along with the replacement of light sources, i) construction of a photovoltaic installation together with an energy storage unit, j) construction/replacement of a structured cabling network (CCTV, SSWiN, intercom, smoke exhaust, cabling and sanitary equipment).
