Thermal modernization of the Preschool Building No. 2 in Nidzica 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: “Thermal modernization of the Preschool Building No. 2 in Nidzica”. As part of the investment, construction works necessary to carry out insulation of the building are planned using the BSO method (light-wet method) for external walls, vertical insulation of foundation walls, and execution of the necessary repairs of external elements – filling or replacement of joints, cleaning and securing against harmful effects of weather conditions. As part of the task, a heat pump will be installed for heating domestic hot water (c.w.u.). The following construction works will be carried out as part of the task: In the scope of walls: - dismantling the pavement/covering near the building, - uncovering the foundation walls along the perimeter / - excavation works around the building, - performing waterproofing insulation on foundation walls and thermal insulation in the ground, - installation of frame scaffolding, - dismantling lightning protection elements located on the façade, and all signs, flagpoles and lighting fixtures, - removal of plaster, - preparing…
