TENDER DESCRIPTION
Thermal modernisation of the building at Wolności Street 1 in Tworóg 4.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in the design-build formula for the thermal modernisation of the former poorhouse hospital building at Wolności Square 1 in Tworóg, including: - modernisation of the central heating installation – installation of an air-to-air heat pump with a minimum power of 21 kW (together with 8 indoor units); - insulation of external walls with thermal-insulation plaster with a minimum thickness of 2 cm; - insulation of the attic ceiling with a layer of mineral wool; - replacement of windows; - renovation of doors. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract has been specified in the procurement documentation, in the contract, in the building energy audits, in the description of the subject of the contract (PFU) constituting an annex to the Specification of Contract Terms (SWZ), and in the supporting bills of quantities.
