Thermal modernisation of the Primary School building No. 5 in Kołobrzeg The scope of works includes, among other things: a) insulating the flat roof/attic overhang, b) insulating the external walls, c) insulating the foundation walls, d) replacement of windows and doors, e) other general construction works related to the thermal modernisation of the facility specified in the documentation and SWZ, f) reconstruction of the central heating installation (C.O.), g) modernisation of the boiler room together with replacement of the gas central heating boilers (C.O.), h) replacement of the domestic hot water installation, i) replacement of the water and sewer (water-canal) installation, j) replacing indoor lighting with LED lighting, k) photovoltaic installation, l) a heat management system, m) reconstruction of the lightning protection installation, n) a commemorative plaque.
