TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermomodernisation of the Primary School building in Brzezna as part of the task: “Improving the energy efficiency of the primary school in the town of Brzezna” 4.3. The contract covers: a) building works for thermomodernisation, b) a heat pump, domestic hot water (DHW) heating technology, replacement of radiator valves, c) replacement of lighting fixtures, photovoltaic installation, power supply for the heat pump. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 9.1 – 9.26 to the SWZ. Preparation of the necessary as-built documentation, a complete set of measurements required by the applicable regulations together with the notification of the completed photovoltaic installation to Tauron Dystrybucja SA. The Contracting Authority indicates that the attached bill of quantities are for illustrative and information purposes only and should be treated in an auxiliary manner for the design documentation and the STWiOR, when determining the actual scope of works forming the subject matter of the contract.
