Thermal modernisation of the Primary School building in Mokre The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works under task no. 1. Thermal modernisation of the Primary School building in Mokre. 1) The building covered by the project is a three-storey building (two above-ground storeys and one underground storey in part of the educational building). The building consists of three segments, i.e.: (a) the sports hall (outside the scope of the study), (b) the connecting part (connector/link), and (c) the educational segment, partly with a basement. The building was constructed using a traditional masonry technology: (a) foundations in the form of reinforced-concrete footings and foundation pads, (b) foundation walls – reinforced concrete and masonry with concrete blocks and solid bricks, (c) external walls above the foundation walls made of ceramic bricks and aerated concrete, (d) internal partition walls made of perforated bricks of thickness 12 cm and 6.5 cm and of aerated concrete, plastered; in some rooms, with ceramic cladding on the walls; during alterations with G-K, (e) reinforced-concrete floors, precast channel slabs with monolithic elements and…
