Thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Sztynwag The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works for task no. 1. Thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Sztynwag. 1) The building covered by the project is a three-storey building (two above-ground storeys and one underground storey in the teaching part of the building). The building consists of three segments, i.e.: a sports hall (outside the scope of the study), a connecting section and a partially basement-equipped segment of the teaching part. The building was constructed using traditional masonry technology: a) foundations in the form of reinforced concrete strip footings and foundation pad footings, b) foundation walls – reinforced concrete and masonry with concrete blocks and full brick, c) external walls above the foundation walls made of ceramic brick masonry and aerated concrete, d) internal load-bearing partition walls made of perforated bricks with thickness 12 cm and 6.5 cm and of aerated concrete, plastered; in part of the rooms, with ceramic cladding on the walls; in cases of alterations with G-K, e) reinforced concrete ceilings, precast channel slab units with…
