Thermal modernization of the Municipal Office building in Kobiele Wielkie The subject matter of the contract is the thermal modernization of the Municipal Office building in Kobiele Wielkie. 3.2. Under the subject matter of the contract carried out in the “Design and Build” formula, the scope of preparation of design documentation includes: 1) performing a multi-industry construction design, 2) conducting arrangements (and obtaining the relevant decisions) with the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments (WUOZ) in Łódź due to the location of the investment plot within an area entered in the register of immovable monuments – the manor park in the village of Kobiele Wielkie (from the beginning of the 19th century) entered in the register of monuments by decision KL.IV-5340/22/83 of 31.08.1983 under register number 305; the manor house is included in the voivodeship register of monuments – the manor house (ex. kindergarten), second half of the 19th century – rebuilt in 1905; located at Reymonta 77 Street in the town of Kobiele Wielkie. 3) preparing multi-industry technical designs for the investment together with a complete set of industry arrangements, 4) preparing…
