THERMAL MODERNISATION OF THE BUILDING IN OSTRUSZA 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the thermal modernisation of a municipal building in the town of Ostrusza, Gmina Ciężkowice. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) demolition, dismantling and preparatory works (including fencing and securing the construction site, scaffolding, dismantling window and door joinery, dismantling sheet-metal flashings, parapets, replacement of the gas meter box on the façade); 2) repair works for roof elements (dismantling and installing new guttering, downpipes, sheet-metal flashings, sewage ventilation terminals); 3) replacement of external window and door joinery; 4) plastering and painting works after the replacement of windows and doors (filling openings, priming, painting); 5) insulation of walls above ground level – plinth (expanded polystyrene, mosaic plaster); 6) insulation of external above-ground walls (expanded polystyrene, silicone plaster); 7) finishing works (finishing of external window sill flashings, installation of elements dismantled from the façade); 8) renovation of external stairs; 9) renovation of the low wall next to the…
