Thermal modernization of the Rural House of Culture building in Majdan Górny, together with renovation of internal rooms 4.2.1 Scope No. 1: Thermal modernization of the building1) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of the Rural House of Culture building in Majdan Górny, in particular including: a) insulation of external walls, foundation walls and ceilings, b) replacement of part of the window and door joinery, c) reconstruction of the lightning protection installation, d) execution of a photovoltaic installation and installation of an air-source heat pump together with the necessary modernization of the central heating installation. e) preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority together with as-built documentation of the Certificate of energy performance of the building registered in the Central Register of Energy Performance of Buildings. 2) The scope of the contract also includes the performance of accompanying works, including: a) renovation of external stairs, b) execution of new sheet-metal cladding, window sills, c) reinstatement of the building apron around the building and…
