TENDER DESCRIPTION
Thermal modernisation of the roof of the Primary School building in Gródek The subject of the contract is the thermal modernisation of the roof of the Primary School building in Gródek. The scope of thermal modernisation works includes, in particular: securing existing electrical and telecommunications installations routed on the building’s roof; replacing sheet-metal flashings on chimneys, replacing vent terminals for the sanitary drainage system, replacing the roof hatch and the hatch ladder to access the roof, making eaves flashings, priming and preparing the existing felt roof covering, installing thermal insulation made of polystyrene (styrofoam), installing a two-layer roof covering made of heat-bonded thermofusible felt, replacing the lightning protection installation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the technical documentation, which constitutes Annex No 6 to the SWZ.
