Thermal modernisation of the roof in the Kina Rybak building in Łeba – insulation, replacement of the roofing 1. The subject of the contract is thermal modernisation of the roof in the Kina Rybak building in Łeba, including replacement of the roofing, insulation of the ceiling, and repair of the roof deck. 2. The contract must be performed in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and the project documentation titled “Cinema building reconstruction – project documentation”, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. The project documentation includes: 2.1. Construction design 2.2. Technical-executive design – thermal modernisation 2.3. Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works 2.4. Bill of quantities 2.5. Certificate dated 07.11.2024, reference B.6743.575.2024.AL, of the Starosta of Lębork for acceptance without objection of the notification concerning the performance of construction works not requiring a building permit. 3.
