THERMAL MODERNISATION OF A RESIDENTIAL PREMISES IN THE BUILDING AT UL. KUŹNICE 7 – INTERIOR REMODELLING OF THE SOUTH APARTMENT 1. The subject of the contract is the performance, in a comprehensive formula, of construction, installation, assembly works and deliveries related to the renovation of the south apartment interior in a residential building at ul. Kuźnice 7 in Zakopane. The scope includes in particular: demolition and dismantling works; masonry, plastering and cladding works; execution of new floor layers and floor finishes; carpentry and locksmith works, including wooden cladding, doors, stairs with a handrail and a glass partition wall; painting works; the performance and reconstruction of sanitary, water-supply, sewerage, central heating and mechanical ventilation / recuperation installations; execution of electrical installations; installation of sanitary fittings and equipment; delivery and installation of a kitchen annex, made-to-measure furniture and other furnishings; securing elements remaining in the facility, tidying up the construction site, and removal and lawful management of waste.
