TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the thermal modernisation of the residential building of the forest ranger’s lodge located in Podnowinka 5U, Nowinka municipality, Augustów county. The purpose of the construction works is to improve thermal insulation conditions. The scope of works in particular includes: - insulating the attic with granules of impregnated cellulose fibre together with securing the installation of a mesh protecting against rodents. The scope of works also includes: - carrying out necessary ancillary works (organising the construction site, construction facilities), - organising and carrying out tests, inspections and acceptances, - tidying up and restoring the site after completion of the works, - providing, during the warranty period, full and free-of-charge warranty service.
