TENDER DESCRIPTION
Thermal modernisation of the new wing of the primary school building in Chmielko The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in insulating the school building for the task entitled “Thermal modernisation of the new wing of the primary school building in Chmielko”. The scope of the contract in particular includes: 1) breaking off plaster, 2) dismantling and installing external window sills, 3) sealing window joinery, 4) dismantling and installing elements mounted on the façade, 5) cleaning and insulating the façade, 6) paving works – a band/walk around the building, 7) replacement of part of the lightning protection installation, 8) replacement of external roller shutters along with adaptation of the electrical installation, 9) restoration of the wooden elements of the building, 10) related works.
