TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal modernisation of the rural community hall together with modernisation of existing lighting sources as part of the project titled “Change of use of a commercial-service building into a community hall in the town of Rusibórz” No 2 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting of comprehensive thermal modernisation of the rural community hall together with modernisation of existing lighting sources as part of the project titled “Change of use of a commercial-service building into a community hall in the town of Rusibórz”, on the plot of land no. 34/5 in the Dominowo municipality. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and additionally, in the bill of quantities, which form an integral part of the Specification – Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for performing the Subject of the Contract are also included in the Draft Contract Terms, constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ.
