“Thermal modernisation of the primary school in Kamień” in the “design and build” formula. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and, on its basis, construction works concerning the thermal modernisation of the building of the Primary School named after rev. canon Jan Twardowski in Kamień, Sławno municipality, Opoczno County, Łódzkie Voivodeship. 2. The contract in the “design and build” formula includes, in particular: 1) Preparation of an inventory of the facility to a degree enabling the preparation of comprehensive design documentation in the scope necessary to carry out the planned works. 2) Preparation of multi-industry design documentation (including execution designs) together with obtaining, resulting from provisions of law: arrangements, permits, opinions and consents enabling the execution of construction works. 3) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works according to requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance…
