Thermal modernization of the Primary School in Stojadła (design and build formula) – Stage: delivery and installation of an energy storage system 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the Project involving the designing, delivery, installation and commissioning of an energy storage system with a minimum rated power of 49 kW and a minimum capacity of 100 kWh. 2. The contract will be carried out on the premises of the primary school located at 20 Południowa Street in the town of Stojadła. The facility is a public-purpose building that is in continuous use. The installation of the subject matter of the contract must be carried out in such a way as not to hinder the proper functioning of the facility. 3. The contract is of the design and build formula type, and the scope of the subject matter also includes preparing installation operating instructions in the Polish language, warranty service, and conducting training for persons indicated by the Contracting Authority regarding the rules for operation, use, maintenance and safety relating to the use of the installed installation. 4.
