TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design activity for the comprehensive renovation of the Szekszárd District Court at the property located at Szekszárd, Béla király tér 4. The existing district court building can increasingly more difficultly meet today’s requirements for judicial activities (increased number of incoming cases, increase in staff, etc.), which is why solutions were sought in order to improve working conditions. The intention of the Investor / Developer is to relocate the Szekszárd District Court from the current building to the former Penitentiary Institute building at Szekszárd, Béla király tér 4, by creating functional and technological conditions suitable for the present day. With the implementation of this investment, the Szekszárd Regional Court (Szekszárdi Törvényszék) and the Szekszárd District Court would operate and function next to Béla király tér, Szekszárd, which also simplifies internal court case-handling processes.
