TENDER DESCRIPTION

The property services of the Tampere Evangelical Lutheran Parish Union request your tender for the overall contract for the repair and alteration works of Tesoma Church in accordance with this procurement notice and its appendices. The renovation project will be carried out as an overall contract. The selected overall contractor acts as the main contractor and the principal contractor as referred to in the legislation, and is responsible for the site management obligations and site services in accordance with YSE 1998. The overall contract includes, in full readiness, the demolition, construction and building services (M&E) works in accordance with the tender request documents. The subject of the procurement is the renovation of Tesoma Church. Tesoma Church, completed in 1978, functions as a regional church in the middle of Tesoma. The church’s halls, sacristy and kitchen are located on the upper floor of the building, and the premises on the ground floor are suitable for multi-purpose use.
