TENDER DESCRIPTION

The property services of the Tampere Evangelical Lutheran parish federation requests your offer for the total contract for the repair and alteration works of Tesoma Church in accordance with this procurement notice and its annex documents. The renovation project shall be carried out as a total contract. The selected total contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer referred to in the legislation and is responsible for the on-site management duties and site services in accordance with YSE 1998. The total contract includes demolition, construction, and building services (MEP) works in accordance with the request for tender documents, fully completed and handed over. The subject matter of the procurement is the renovation of Tesoma Church. Completed in 1978, Tesoma Church functions as a parish church in the middle of Tesoma. The church’s halls, sacristy and kitchen are located on the upper floor of the building, and the spaces on the lower floor are suitable for multi-purpose use.
