TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this European public procurement procedure, Ambulancezorg GGD Haaglanden aims to contract a single professional and reliable contractor for the supply, management, cleaning and maintenance of ambulance clothing. This primarily concerns clothing supplies that must be licensed via Ambulancezorg Nederland. The agreement will have an initial term of 4 years, with 2 options to extend for 1 year. The assignment aims to ensure, in a lawful, efficient and cost-effective manner, the availability and maintenance of ambulance clothing throughout the entire contract period. In doing so, a high level of relief for the organization is sought through a user-friendly online ordering portal, enabling employees to easily order, manage and track clothing. In addition, GGD Haaglanden wants to be able to have access to a real-time digital management information system that provides insight into, among other things, inventory, orders, deliveries, cleaning processes and consumption data.
