TENDER DESCRIPTION
With regard to maintenance of air conditioning and ad hoc fault repair of the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sport Science, a public procurement procedure is carried out for the maintenance and/or ad hoc fault repair of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems consisting of 886 units located at the Alkotás utca 42-48 site in District XII, as detailed according to the technical description annex. Maintenance (twice per year, in total - four times during the term of the contract). The first maintenance must be started within 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Ordering ad hoc repairs in addition to general maintenance is limited to a maximum net framework amount of HUF 40,000,000 (ad hoc fault repair: hourly labor rate and material costs). The Contracting Authority undertakes a 70% call-off obligation for the framework amount set for ad hoc repairs.
