TENDER DESCRIPTION
The culverting of the Erlebach as well as the Endinger Graben in the town center area of Endingen do not have sufficient discharge capacity in the event of floods. The Endinger Graben runs as a developed, partially culverted watercourse through the core urban area of Endingen and flows into the RB Bergheimer Weg at the northwestern town border. Besides the inflows from the two flowing waters Schambach and Erlebach, the Endinger Graben also serves as a discharge channel for urban drainage. In the city area, there are numerous discharges from built-up areas drained by combined and partly separated sewer systems. The Endinger Graben shows significant water management and ecological deficits, which were documented in a comprehensive preliminary study. To meet the defined planning objectives, the implementation of an extensive multi-stage expansion concept is planned. An important component is the new construction and expansion of the Endinger Graben in sections 1-4. The design and approval planning for construction sections 1-4 was prepared by Zink Ingenieure on behalf of the city of Endingen.
