TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to newly build a fire and rescue station on the eastern edge of the city of Dietzenbach (Albert-Einstein-Straße). The new build with an area of approx. 8,500 m2 GFA is to be used by the Voluntary Fire Brigade Dietzenbach, the Eigenbetrieb Rettungsdienst Kreis Offenbach, and the DRK Ortsverein Dietzenbach. In addition to offices, including halls, workshops, the alarm area, day rooms and rest rooms, an exercise tower, and a disaster protection store, it is also intended to include six apartments. The subject matter of the award is services for the planning of technical equipment (system groups 1-8) in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 No. 15.1 HOAI for the new build of the fire and rescue station Dietzenbach. The contracting authority aims to commission the turnkey construction of the fire and rescue station Dietzenbach with planning by the construction contractor starting from LPH 5 on the basis of a permit planning with lead details.
