On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH at Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, a new build is to be erected for an emergency doctor duty station / rescue station, including a vehicle garage (parking spaces for an emergency doctor vehicle and an ambulance) and duty rooms. The TGA planning services required to carry out these construction measures, equipment groups 410, 420, 430, 470, 480, service phases 1-8, Section 55 HOAI (basic investigations, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of procurement, participation in procurement, object monitoring — construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. The required planning services will be commissioned in accordance with HOAI.
