TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH at Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, structural adjustments to meet the new requirements for the extension of the children’s clinic are to be implemented in several partial measures. The HVAC and Electrical planning services required for carrying out these construction measures, building services groups 410-450, 470, 480, service phases 1-8, § 55 HOAI (basic investigations, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award, supervision of the project - site supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. The assignment of the required planning services shall be carried out in accordance with HOAI. The planning for the overall measure "Children’s Clinic 4.0" comprises the following partial measures: 1. TP1 - Central intake unit of the children’s clinic (ZAK) 2.
