TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH on Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, structural adjustments to the new requirements for the expansion of the children’s hospital are to be implemented in several partial measures. The building services engineering (TGA) planning services required to carry out these construction measures, plant groups 410-450, 470, 480, phases of performance 1-8, § 55 HOAI (basic information gathering, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation for awarding the contract, participation in the awarding of the contract, property supervision - construction site supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. The assignment of the planning services required shall be carried out in accordance with HOAI. The planning of the overall measure “Children’s Hospital 4.0” includes the following partial measures: 1. TP1 - Central admission unit of the children’s hospital (ZAK) 2. TP2 - Expansion of the day clinic 2a. TP2a - School 3. TP3 - Increasing patient orientation 4. TP4 - Specialization of the Children’s Head Center
