TENDER DESCRIPTION
On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH at Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, a new building for an emergency doctor station/rescue station is to be constructed, including a vehicle garage (parking spaces for an emergency doctor vehicle and an ambulance) and readiness/standby rooms. The TGA planning services required to carry out these construction measures, building services engineering trades, groups 440, 450, service phases 1-8, Section 55 HOAI (basic investigation, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of the procurement, participation in the award, site supervision - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. The assignment of the planning services required will be carried out in accordance with HOAI.
