TENDER DESCRIPTION

Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends to carry out the extension and modernization of early neurological rehabilitation on the ground floor of the main building in a former ward station. The TGA planning services (building services engineering, technical building equipment [HVAC]) required to carry out these construction measures, plant groups 440 and 450, service phases 3-8, § 55 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the procurement, participation in the award of the contract, site supervision - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, § 55 HOAI have already been prepared and are not part of the assignment. All planning documents for service phases 1 and 2, § 55 HOAI are attached to the procurement documents for the information of all applicants.
