Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends to carry out expansion and modernization of neurological early rehabilitation in the ground floor of the main building, in a former ward area. The TGA planning services required to carry out these construction measures, plant/equipment groups 440 and 450, service phases 3-8, Section 55 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation for procurement, participation in procurement, supervision of the object - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 55 HOAI have already been prepared and are not part of the assignment. All planning documents for LP 1 and 2, Section 55 HOAI are attached to the procurement documents for the information of all applicants.
