TENDER DESCRIPTION

Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends to carry out the extension and modernization of early neurological rehabilitation on the ground floor of the main building in a former ward station. The TGA planning services required to carry out these construction measures, plant groups 440 and 450, service phases 3-8, Section 55 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of procurement, assistance with procurement, supervision of the project - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 55 HOAI have already been prepared and are not the subject of this contract award. All planning documents for service phases 1 and 2, Section 55 HOAI are attached to the procurement documents for the information of all applicants. The contract award for the required planning services shall be carried out in accordance with HOAI.
