TENDER DESCRIPTION

EWMG - development company of the City of Mönchengladbach mbH ("EWMG") is a subsidiary of the City of Mönchengladbach. Its assignment is to revitalize unused areas, develop new residential and commercial projects for the urban development of the City of Mönchengladbach, and to carry out other real estate tasks for the City of Mönchengladbach. As an extension of the existing hockey park, Europe’s largest field hockey stadium, EWMG, on behalf of the City of Mönchengladbach, intends to build a state-of-the-art performance centre for field hockey. The aim is to create a new home for top-level hockey sport with optimal training conditions. Training can be carried out year-round and matches can be played under international competition conditions. A professional environment is to be created for national teams, youth hockey, as well as club teams and visiting teams.
