TENDER DESCRIPTION

EWMG - Entwicklungsgesellschaft der Stadt Mönchengladbach mbH ("EWMG") is a subsidiary of the City of Mönchengladbach. Its mandate is to revitalize unused areas, to develop new residential and commercial projects for the town-planning development of the City of Mönchengladbach, and to perform other real-estate tasks for the City of Mönchengladbach. As an expansion of the existing Hockey Park, Europe’s largest stadium for field hockey, EWMG, on behalf of the City of Mönchengladbach, intends to build a state-of-the-art performance centre for field hockey. The aim is to create a new home for top-level hockey performance sport with optimal training conditions. Training can be carried out year-round and games can be played under international competition conditions. A professional environment is to be created for national teams, young hockey talent, as well as club and visiting teams.
