Scope of drywall construction works - ceilings: - GK ceilings, acoustic ceiling, perforated with filled skirting/edge strip approx. 230 m²; - Acoustic ceiling made of wood wool lightweight building boards approx. 750 m²; - Solid-wood acoustic panel ceiling approx. 140 m²; - Mineral-fibre grid ceiling approx. 120 m²; - Mineral-fibre hygiene grid ceiling approx. 40 m². Scope of internal plastering works in the new building: - Wall areas approx. 2,850 m²; - Wall areas existing building approx. 50 m²; - Ceiling areas approx. 20 m². Scope of painting and wallpapering works: - Painting works (ceilings + walls) approx. 4,200 m²; - Wallpapering works (painter’s fleece/lining) approx. 3,300 m². Scope of varnishing works: - Varnishing works for stair handrail/parapet approx. 45 m; - Varnishing works for steel doors approx. 30 pieces.
