Scope of work drylining ceilings: - GK ceilings, acoustic ceiling, perforated with a skimmed cornice approx. 230 m²; - acoustic ceiling made of wood wool lightweight construction panels approx. 750 m²; - solid wood acoustic panel ceiling approx. 140 m²; - mineral fibre grid ceiling approx. 120 m²; - mineral fibre hygiene grid ceiling approx. 40 m². Scope of work internal plastering works in the new build: - wall areas approx. 2,850 m²; - wall areas existing structure approx. 50 m²; - ceiling areas approx. 20 m². Scope of work painting and wallpapering: - painting works (ceilings + walls) approx. 4,200 m²; - wallpapering works (painter’s flock wallpaper) approx. 3,300 m².
