The services include all measures necessary for safe, compliant, and economical operation management. The following must be ensured: 1. Fulfillment of the General Traffic Safety Obligation on behalf of the owner, 2. fulfillment of operational supervision, 3. fulfillment of general supervisory duty, 4. fulfillment of pool and water supervision. The basis for this is the corresponding definitions from Guideline R 9405 of the German Society for Bathing Facilities e.V. in the currently valid version.
