TENDER DESCRIPTION
The client operates the thermal brine extraction of the Lambertus spring as well as a wellness and health park ("THERMARIUM") in Bad Schönborn with the areas thermal brine bath, sauna landscape, fitness center, therapy department, wellness center, bath shop, and Dead Sea salt grotto. As leased areas, a restaurant and a bistro are part of the company. A realignment and modernization of the THERMARIUM adapted to the changed framework conditions is aimed for. The architectural services to be awarded in the present procedure relate to the planning, awarding, and supervision of the implementation of the measures necessary for the first construction phase of the service specifications for buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities according to § 38 HOAI. The basic services of service phases 1 to 9 are to be provided in each case.
